If not already on the HRA Portal main page, click the HRA logo at the top left.

Click on "Member Support"

Your HRA representative's contact information is listed there along with additional HRA team members ready to assist you.
How do I access and edit my profile information?

Choose "Profile"

Click "Profile & Vendor Accounts" in the left side navigation

How do I Opt-in to active or upcoming promotions?

If not already on the HRA Portal main page, click the HRA logo at the top left.

Click on "All Promotions"

Review promotions, click for details, and click on "Opt-In" to ensure you are actively participating in the promotion.
How do I Opt-out of a promotion?

If you have not already opted-in to a promotion, there is no need to opt-out. You will not be automatically opted-in to any promotions/

If you have Opted-In to a promotion within the member portal and would like to Opt-Out:
