DASHBOARD:

1.DASHBOARD: oHow do I customize my dashboard? To customize your dashboard: Click the profile picture with your initials (top right corner), Then click SETTINGS. Click and select your preferred setting. -Dashboard -Promotions -Members -Inquiry -ACH Management Then click SUBMIT.

2.PROMOTIONS: oHow do I view all promotions? By DEFAULT you will see all promotions available to your territory members when you click the PROMOTIONS tab. oHow do I view promotions for my territory or a specific area? To VIEW PROMOTIONS FOR A SPECIFIC TERRITORY OR AREA: -Click the PROMOTIONS tab on the main menu -Click the icon outside of the SEARCH BOX (top right corner). -Choose the area you would like to see by: a.City – Type or click names b.State c.or County – Type or click names oHow do I view current promotions? To VIEW CURRENT PROMOTIONS: -Click the PROMOTIONS tab on the main menu -Click the word PROMOTIONS (middle left corner). oHow do I view how many members have Opt-in to the different promotions in my territory? To VIEW HOW MANY MEMBERS HAVE OPT-IN OR OPT-OUT OF ONGOING PROMOTIONS: -Click the PROMOTIONS tab on the main menu. -Click the word OPT-IN HISTORY (middle left corner). The total number of Opt-in will be located at the bottom right corner of the promotion. oHow do I view the details for the members that have Opt-in or Opt-out of promotions for my territory? To VIEW HOW MANY MEMBERS HAVE OPT-IN & OUT OF PROMOTIONS IN YUR TERRITORY: -Click the PROMOTIONS tab on the main menu -Click the word OPT-IN HISTORY (middle left corner). -Then Click the NUMBER (bottom right corner of the promotion). The list will display both Opt-in & Opt-out members. oHow do I search for a particular promotion? To SEARCH FOR A PARTICULAR PROMOTION: -Click the PROMOTIONS tab on the main menu -Click the icon outside of the SEARCH BOX (top right corner). -Enter the START and END DATE of the promotion you are looking for. To narrow your search you can also choose the area the promotion was offered in: a.City – Type or click names b.State c.or County – Type or click names oHow do I add promotions? To ADD PROMOTIONS: -Click the PROMOTIONS tab on the main menu -Click the +ADD PROMOTIONS tab. -Then: a.Enter the TITLE. b.Click and upload the .pdf FLYER for the promotion. c.Enter the START & END DATE for the promotion. d.Enter the DESCRIPTION of the promotion. e.Enter the PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS. f.Upload the PROMOTION IMAGES (min width 1280px). g.Select your BANNER IMAGE from the uploaded images. h.Then Click SUBMIT. oHow do I remove promotions? To REMOVE PROMOTIONS: -Click the PROMOTIONS tab on the main menu -Click on the TOGGLE (bottom right corner of the promotion). -Pop-up will ask if you want to DEACTIVATE, Select YES. oHow do I edit promotions? To EDIT PROMOTIONS: -Click on the promotion. -Click on EDIT PROMOTIONS (top right corner) -Make the necessary changes and Click SUBMIT. oHow do I assign promotions? To ASSIGN PROMOTIONS: -Click the PROMOTIONS tab on the main menu -Click ASSIGN (bottom right corner of the promotion you want to work with). -You can ASSIGN Promotions by: a.City – Type or click names b.State c.County – Type or click names d.Or Mailing Zip - – Type the Zip codes -Click SUBMIT ASSIGNMENT oHow do I un-assign promotions? To UN-ASSIGN PROMOTIONS: -Click the PROMOTIONS tab on the main menu -Click ASSIGNED (bottom right corner of the promotion you want to work with). -Then Click RESET ASSIGNMENT. oDoes the members see all the promotions? The members only see promotions that are assigned to their State, City, County or Mailing Zip. oDoes the HRA Reps get notified when a member in their territory sign-up for a promotion or program? The HRA Rep will be notified that the member is interested in being part of the promotion. oDo the HRA Reps sign the members up for the promotions or is it automatic? The HRA Rep can continue to sign-up members. The members simply have the option to do some on their own if they choose. In that event, the HRA Rep can monitor and follow-up if needed. The HRA Rep will be notified that the member has Opt-in or out of the promotion. In the Opt-In history, the HRA Rep is able to see the members in their territory who have opt-in or expressed interest in the promotion.

3.MEMBERS: oHow do I view a members’ detail? To VIEW A MEMBERS’ DETAIL: -Click the MEMBERS tab on the main menu -Click on the GREEN EYE (far right next to +agreement). oHow do I upload a members’ agreement? To UPLOAD A MEMBERS’ AGREEMENT: -Click the MEMBERS tab on the main menu -Click +AGREEMENT. -Then BROWSE for the agreement on your computer or online. -Enter the START & END date of the agreement. -Then Click SUBMIT. oHow do I search for a specific member information? To SEARCH FOR A SPECIFIC MEMBER INFORMATION: -Click the MEMBERS tab on the main menu -Click inside the SEARCH BOX (top right corner). -Enter the members’ HRA# -Then Click the magnifying glass. oHow do I get a list of all the members in a City, State or County only? To GET A LIST OF ALL THE MEMBERS IN A CITY, STATE OR COUNTY: -Click the MEMBERS tab on the main menu -Click the icon outside of the SEARCH BOX (top right corner). -Select the field you wish to filter/search by: a.City – Type or click names b.State c.or County – Type of click names oWhat is the purpose of CREATE STORE GROUP? If the owner or corporation has multiple stores, you can group them so they log into the main store and can access the others. This should be done only with the owners’ permission.

4.INQUIRY: oWhat is the purpose or use of inquiry? THE PURPOSE OR USE OF INQUIRY: The purpose or use of the INQUIRY button is if a member has a question to ask outside of submitting a Ticket. It goes in a que and stays active until the question is answered and closed. A log of these queries remain on the system for reference if it is needed. oHow do I search for a particular inquiry? To SEARCH FOR A PARTICULAR INQUIRY: -Click the INQUIRY tab on the main menu -Click inside the SEARCH BOX (top right corner). -Then Click the magnifying glass.

5.NEWSLETTERS Including Vendor Packets: oHow do I add newsletters? To ADD NEWSLETTERS: -Click the NEWSLETTER tab on the main menu -Click the +ADD NEWSLETTER tab. -Enter the TITLE of the newsletter. -Enter the START & END DATE for the promotion. -Enter the DESCRIPTION of the promotion. -Browse and upload the NEWSLETTER files (Max size 5mb). Or select and paste the URL. -Then Click SUBMIT. oHow do I remove newsletters or packets? To REMOVE NEWSLETTERS or PACKETS: -Click the NEWSLETTER tab on the main menu -Click on the TOGGLE (bottom right corner of the newsletter). -Pop-up will ask if you want to DEACTIVATE, Select YES. oHow do I edit newsletters or packets? To EDIT NEWSLETTERS & PACKETS: -Click the NEWSLETTER tab on the main menu -Click on the NEWSLETTER. -Click on EDIT NEWSLETTER (top right corner) -Make the necessary changes and Click SUBMIT. oHow do I assign newsletters or packets? To ASSIGN NEWSLETTERS or PACKETS: -Click the NEWSLETTER tab on the main menu -Click ASSIGN (bottom right corner of the newsletter or packet you want to work with). -You can ASSIGN Newsletters by: a.City – Type or click names b.State c.County – Type or click names d.Or Mailing Zip - – Type the Zip codes -Click SUBMIT ASSIGNMENT oHow do I un-assign newsletters or packets? To UN-ASSIGN NEWSLETTERS or PACKETS: -Click the NEWSLETTER tab on the main menu -Click ASSIGNED (bottom right corner of the newsletter you want to work with). -Then Click RESET ASSIGNMENT. oDoes the members see all the newsletters and Vendor Packets? The members only see newsletters that are assigned to their State, City, County or Mailing Zip. oHow long are the Newsletters and Vendor Packets displayed for? The NEWSLETTERS & VENDOR PACKETS are visible until manually deleted by the administrator. oHow do I search for a particular newsletter? To SEARCH FOR A PARTICULAR NEWSLETTER: -Click the NEWSLETTER tab on the main menu -Click the icon outside of the SEARCH BOX (top right corner). -Enter the START and END DATE of the Newsletter or Vendor Packet you are looking for.

6.Rebates: oHow do I find a member to view their rebate information? To FIND A MEMBERS TO VIEW THEIR REBATE INFORMATION: -Click the REBATES tab on the main menu -You can Click inside of the SEARCH BOX (top right corner) -Enter the HRA# if available. -Enter the YEAR the rebate is issued (mandatory) If the HRA# is not available, you can: -Enter the YEAR the rebate is issued (mandatory) -Then search by: a.Rebate Class b.City c.State d.or County oHow do I view a members’ rebate information? To VIEW A MEMBERS’ REBATE INFORMATION: -Click the REBATES tab on the main menu -Click on the GREEN EYE (far right of the member store). oCan I search for a members’ rebate if I don’t know the HRA#? To SEARCH FOR A MEMBERS’ REBATE WITHOUT THE HRA#: -Click the REBATES tab on the main menu -You can Click inside of the SEARCH BOX (top right corner) -Enter the YEAR the rebate is issued (mandatory) -Then narrow the search by: a.City b.State c.or County oHow do I know if a check was issued and the amount? To KNOW IF A REBATE CHECK WAS ISSUED: -Click the REBATES tab on the main menu -You can Click inside of the SEARCH BOX (top right corner) -Enter the HRA# if available -Enter the YEAR the rebate is issued (mandatory) -Click on the GREEN EYE (far right of the member store). -Locate the member information and Click on the GREEN EYE (far right of the member store). Check, check dates and more are listed. If the HRA# is not available, you can: -Enter the YEAR the rebate is issued (mandatory) -Then search by: a.City b.State c.or County -Locate the member information and Click on the GREEN EYE (far right of the member store). Check, check dates and more are listed. oHow do I search for members with the highest $ or lowest $ rebates in my area? To SEARCH FOR MEMBERS WITH THE HIGHEST $ OR LOWEST $ REBATES IN MY AREA: -Click the REBATES tab on the main menu -You can Click inside of the SEARCH BOX (top right corner) -Enter the HRA# if available -Enter the YEAR the rebate is issued (mandatory) -Click on the GREEN EYE (far right of the member store). -Locate the member information and Click on the GREEN EYE (far right of the member store). -Click on the arrows above the dollar amount. If the HRA# is not available, you can: -Enter the YEAR the rebate is issued (mandatory) -Then search by: d.City e.State f.or County -Locate the member information and Click on the GREEN EYE (far right of the member store). -Click on the arrows above the dollar amount. oCan I export rebate data of a member? We recommend that you export and use the information directly from your devices for field use.

7.MANAGEMENT: oHow do I add a user? To ADD USER: -Click the USER MANAGEMENT tab on the main menu -Click the +ADD USER tab. -Enter the FULL NAME. -Enter the EMAIL ADDRESS. -Enter the MOBILE NUMBER of the user. -Enter the ROLE of the user. -Then Click SUBMIT. oHow do I assign or change roles for a user? To ASSIGN OR CHANGE ROLES FOR A USER: -Click the USER MANAGEMENT tab on the main menu -Locate the USER’s NAME. -Click on the GREEN pen (far right of the user’s name). -Make the necessary changes to the ROLE of the user. -Click UPDATE. oHow do I edit user information? To EDIT USER INFORMATION: -Click the USER MANAGEMENT tab on the main menu -Locate the USER’s NAME. -Click on the GREEN pen (far right of the user’s name). -Make the necessary changes to the USER information. -Click UPDATE. oHow do I search for a user? To SEARCH FOR USER: -Click the USER MANAGEMENT tab on the main menu -Click inside of the SEARCH BOX. (top right corner) -Enter the Users’ name -Then Click the magnifying glass. oHow do I view user by roles? To SEARCH FOR A USER BY ROLES: -Click the USER MANAGEMENT tab on the main menu -Click the icon outside of the SEARCH BOX. (top right corner) -Then Click and SELECT the role you are looking for. -Then Click the magnifying glass.
