    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.

    We are available 24 hour if needed. Call 1-866-482-6026 and a representative will speak with you and initiate contact.
  • How do I check the status of my rebates?
    You can check the status of your rebates by Sign-in into the Member's only Mobile or Web App. Or call 1-866-482-6026 for a live person in the office.
  • How do I find out who my rep is?
    You can use your HRA Member ID and log into the Member Portal. The name of your rep will be under Business Profile.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • How can I see what deals or promotions are available?
    Use your HRA Member ID and log into the Member Portal. All the latest promos are there for you to Opt-in or Opt-out of.
  • How can I check my rebates?
    Use your HRA Member ID and password to log into the Member Portal.

  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
